PERCHE’ ?
Ditelo Voi dopo aver letto la lettera che segue e sfogliato le pagine del dossier allegato.
Vi invito a leggere la lettera che segue datata 01 agosto 2007 indirizzata al dott. Lorenzo Dellai Presidente della Provincia Autonoma di Trento. E’, purtroppo, una lettera molto lunga e dai toni inequivocabilmente molto forti. Una forma più sintetica e meno incisiva non mi avrebbe certamente consentito di trasferire, a chi di dovere, la mia esasperata costernazione e tutta la mia rabbia. Vi sembrano pochi trent’anni (!) di sopportazione e di inutile attesa? Vi sembra poco un danno di 400.000 euro? La lettera non ha mai avuto risposta.
Se avrete il tempo e la pazienza potrete approfondire poi i contenuti di detta lettera, sfogliando le circa 100 pagine del relativo dossier e leggendo anche le note a chiarimento.

FACTS and CRIMES
It’s not so easy for me to translate in English the Italian version of this part (and attached dossier) on my web site.
I’ve called this part : “The pages of the Shame”
Anyway I’ll try to do my best giving you a very brief synthesis in order to draw out the moral of that very long boring and paltry story.
The present Government in Trentino -ITALY- is politically “left oriented”….or better….
their heart is on the left but…I don`t know way (?)… their wallet is, always, strictly on the right!
Returning to my case, I’m a living example of how the civil rights of a common, unprotected citizen can be arrogantly downtrodden by the political power also in a….“civilized Country”.
The local Public Administration (in Trentino) has caused to my small landed property, since about 30 (thirty!) years ago, an heavy damage quantified nowadays in about more than 400.000 euro.
Initially the Authorities admitted their fault and they promised me to remedy but….passing the years….a web of promises and lies has been built up and the heavy damage to my private property is, nowadays, still present.
A mixture of incapacity and obvious arrogance? I really don’t know but there are other examples of “good and correct administration” of local Government.
The same Public Administration for example has used, in the past, the helicopters (about 3000 euro for each hour of flight!) just for scaring the unruly bears in the local natural park Adamello-Brenta!
But….in thirty years (!) they didn’t find “ few coins ” for remeding the initial damage brought to my private property!
